On our farm, we raise Yorkshire and Landrace cross sows that are bred with Duroc boars, producing healthy, well-muscled pigs known for their strong growth rates and excellent meat quality. Most of our pigs are sold as weaned pigs into a niche pork market, where they’re finished on farms in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Minnesota.

We also keep a select number of pigs here on the farm, feeding them out to be processed and sold locally as farm-fresh pork. These pigs are fed a grain-based diet grown in Missouri and delivered by a local feed mill, ensuring our operation supports regional agriculture and keeps our supply chain close to home.
